Do you offer refunds?
We will replace any items broken during transit and offer a full refund if your hamper products are not usable. If applicable we will also do our best to provide a suitable replacement or free bonus hamper as a sign of our good faith. We are dedicated to creating memorable moments for people and we like to focus on that as a commitment.
What is the quality of products like?
We do our best to ensure all of our products and suppliers are quality. Please remember we don’t control the quality of other businesses products inside our hampers. We do try as many products as possible before they are put into our hampers to ensure they meet a standard of quality.
